These are the terms we work to with every contractor on our list. Please confirm each one.

All quotes will be provided in writing before work begins.

No work will be carried out until it has been authorised in writing.

Invoices are submitted to Golden Touch Property Management, not to the property owner.

Photo documentation will be provided before and after work where practical.

Owner details, tenancy matters and pricing will not be discussed with tenants or third parties.

All client, property and company information will be kept strictly confidential.

Golden Touch will be notified promptly if a scheduled attendance cannot be met.
